What is OSB?
OSB is Oriented strand board, is the upgrading of the traditional particleboard products,
its mechanical properties with directionality, durability, moisture resistance and dimensional stability than ordinary particleboard.
With a small expansion coefficient, no distortion, good stability, uniform material and nail holding high performance.
 

Oriented strand board (OSB), also known as flakeboard, sterling board and aspenite in British English,is a type of engineered wood similar to particle board, formed by adding adhesives and then compressing
layers of wood strands (flakes) in specific orientations. It was invented by Armin Elmendorf in California in 1963.

Packaging & Shipping

All boards are packed in pallets, inner with polyester bags and outer with carton or plywood, fixed with 12 steel strips tightly.Strong plastic or carton corners are used to protect all corners of pallets to avoid the damage.

Yes, we have the professional QC team which follow the production process from the beginning to end .Porudction process can be updated upon the customer's request. After production,QC tem will check the product piece by piece and test in our lab. Testing report to customer together with QC pictures,including surfaces,size,thickness,moisture content,edge treatment,package,etc.Loading will be done only after all these job done.

3.Can the company name or trademark to be printed on the plywood products or package ?
Yes,as your requested.  Your company name or trademark can be printed on your plywood products or package. But if there is special charge ,it will be paid by your side.

4.What is your payment terms?
T/T ,30%-50% deposit, and balance paid before delivery or within 7 days after loading, which it depends on customer's credibility. And photos of products and package before loading will be supplied.
